We are shipping with DPD and DHL.
We offer the opportunity to purchase replacement glasses and spare parts for our luminaires. This also applies to some models that are no longer in production. We usually have spare glass and spare part stock for a longer timeframe. If you are not sure which glass or part you need for your Casablanca luminaire, please send us a photo of the model, the purchase receipt or the test label of your luminaire so that we can identify the model and recommend the required glass or part.
